The Evolution of a Snuggle

snug·gle [snuhg-uhl] verb,-gled, -gling

–verb (used without object)
1. to lie or press closely, as for comfort or from affection; nestle; cuddle.

–verb (used with object)
2. to draw or press closely against, as for comfort or from affection.

When the big, fat cat takes over your bed, and you are a very needy dog, sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands paws.

First you lay down, it’s ok if you get close, he might get up, but he might stay too, you have to take the chance…

pretty quickly your eyes will start to get heavy…

go ahead, just put your head down, it’s ok…

then you slowly roll to the side…

then you pull that leg out, so far so good, he doesn’t seem to notice…

then just relax, just like that, you are practically spooning!

and who can resist that?!?!

So cute! Especially the photo with the tongue sticking out. I hope someday our black cat and dog will get along that well. They are extremely wary of each other.
