Owen got walkie-talkies for his birthday. “Grace, wanna play talkie talks wif me?”

There is a learning curve in the mastery of the talkie-talks.

It’s not as easy as it looks.

You have to figure out when to talk, and when to push the button.

While Grace was at school today Owen found one of the walkie-talkies. He picked up and turned it on and starting talking:

Owen: “Grace play talkie-talks wif me? Grace, are you in der? Where are you Grace?”
Me: “Sweetie, Grace is at school.”
Owen: “Can she hear me in der at school?”
